Chicken with peas and carrots: the simple and tasty recipe

Ingredients: 
1 kg of chicken thighs
500 g of frozen peas
3 carrots 
1 stick of celery 
1 onion 
3 laurel leaves
Salt and pepper 
Oil 
1 glass of white wine 
 
Directions: 
1. Start by cutting carrots in little dices. 
2. Chop the onion and celery too. 
3. In a saucepan stir fry the onion with some olive oil. 
4. Add celery and carrots. 
5. Fry for 5 minutes. 
6. Place the chicken thighs onto the vegetables. 
7. Pour the wine and let evaporate all the alcohol.
8. Add frozen peas too. 
9. Season with the spices laurel.
10. Cover with some water and cook for 30 minutes.
