Simple fluffy fritters: the recipe for a quick and savory snack

Ingredients:
2 eggs
100 ml of milk
100 g of grated cheese
Fresh parsley
300 g of corn flour
6 g of baking powder
6 g of salt
Vegetable oil
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs, parsley, grated cheese, salt and milk. Whisk to blend all the ingredients.
2. Sift and add flour and baking powder.
3. Mix with a spoon, then when it's all blended knead with your hands.
4. Move the dough on a plain work surface and spread some flour to avoid sticking.
5. Spread the dough with a rolling pin.
6. Make some circles with a cookie cutter.
7. In a saucepan pour some oil and place the fritters.
8. Cover with a lid and cook them at the lowest setting.
