Flower fritters: the simple recipe for a delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs
600g (4 cups) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder

METHOD
  1. In a bowl put the eggs. Whisk them and add salt. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
  2. Divide the dough into two parts, and each part divided into four.
  3. Spread the one part into a long strip, cover with butter, fold and cut little stipes. Roll it and then fry.
  4. Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
