Flower fritters: the simple recipe for a delicious snack!

INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs
600g (4 cups) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
600g (4 cups) Flour
4g (1 tsp) Salt
10g (2 tsp) Baking powder
METHOD
- In a bowl put the eggs. Whisk them and add salt. Add flour and baking powder. Knead the dough and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two parts, and each part divided into four.
- Spread the one part into a long strip, cover with butter, fold and cut little stipes. Roll it and then fry.
- Decorate with powdered sugar and serve.
