Triple chocolate cake: the recipe for a delicious and easy to make dessert

Ingredients:
- For the batter
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
80 g of sugar
50 ml of milk
30 ml of vegetable oil
80 g of flour
20 g of cocoa powder
1 tsp of baking powder
- For the milk chocolate mousse:
60 g of water
11 g of gelatin
300 g of whipping cream
300 g of cream cheese
80 g of powdered sugar
115 g of milk chocolate
- For the white chocolate mousse:
30 g of water
6 g of gelatin
200 g of whipping cream
100 g of cream cheese
40 g of powdered sugar
70 g of white chocolate
- For the dark chocolate ganache:
50 g of dark chocolate
50 g of warm whipping cream
- For decoration:
Cocoa powder
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix eggs, salt and sugar. Blend using electric whisks for 10 minutes.
2. Add in milk and oil and continue blending.
3. Aside, mix the powders: cocoa, flour and baking powder. Sift them and then add them gradually to the batter blending them well.
4. Pour the batter in a cake pan (20 cm di diameter) with some baking paper on the base.
5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Then let cool completely.
6. Cut off the superficial layer and the divide the cake into two equal parts.
7. Now make the milk chocolate mousse. First of all, let water and gelatin blend for 7-10 minutes.
8. Add in cheese and powdered sugar and mix well.
9. Melt the chocolate and add in the gelatin mix. The add this to the cheese cream.
10. Lastly, add in the whipped cream.
11. Pour the chocolate mousse on top of the first layer of cake that will make the base of your dessert.
12. For the white chocolate mousse, repeat the same process for the milk chocolate one just replacing the chocolates.
13. Pour the white chocolate cream on top of the milk chocolate one, the cover with the other cake layer.
14. Let cool for 6 hours.
15. Decorate the cake with some dark chocolate ganache made mixing dark chocolate and warm cream. Dust with cocoa powder.
