Apples and amaretti bundt cake: the recipe for a delicious breakfast

Ingredients:
2 apples
2 eggs
200 g of flour
50 g of potato flour
120 g of granulated sugar
50 g of cream
50 g of milk
A pack of baking powder
50 g of amaretti biscuits
50 g of butter
Almonds
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a bowl whip the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy mix.
2. Add in the milk, the cream and the melted butter. Mix everything.
3. Mix flour, potato flour and baking powder, and sift this mix into the batter.
4. Crumble the biscuits with your hands and add them to the batter.
5. In a buttered mold pour the batter and level it.
6. Place on top of the cake some apples cut in slices.
7. Decorate with almonds and a mix of brown sugar and cinnamon.
8. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
