Puff pastry baskets with apple filling: the simple recipe for a delicious dessert

Ingredients:
1 apple
500 g of puff pastry
100 g of apricot jam
Half a lemon (juice)
Water
Powdered sugar for decoration
Directions:
1. Start by peeling the apple and taking the core off. Then cut in pieces.
2. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.
3. Now place the puff pastry directly onto a muffin mold without cutting it.
4. Fill with apricot jam and apple pieces.
5. Wet the puff pastry edges with some water.
6. Close with the other half of puff pastry and seal the edges with finger pressure.
7. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180/200 degrees for 30 minutes.
8. Divide into portions and decorate with some powdered sugar.
