Chocolate bombs: an explosion of flavor!

The recipe step by step to make a great dessert for the whole family:
INGREDIENTS

300ml (1.23 cup) of warm milk
1 egg
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tbsp (12g) sugar
50g (0.2 cup) melted butter unsalted
80ml (0.37 cup) Oil
1 tbsp (12g) dry yeast
600g (4.8 cups) flour 00
Charging
200g (1.2 cups) Melted chocolate
Icing sugar
METHOD
- Pour warm milk, salt, sugar, egg, melted butter, yeast, and then mix everything and gradually add flour. Knead a fine dough and let it stand for 1 hour.
- After this time, divide the dough into two parts, roll it out and circle it, leave it to stand for 15 minutes, and then fry it in heated oil.
- Fill with melted chocolate.
