Chocolate bombs: an explosion of flavor!

The recipe step by step to make a great dessert for the whole family:

INGREDIENTS
300ml (1.23 cup) of warm milk
1 egg
1 tsp (6g) salt
1 tbsp (12g) sugar
50g (0.2 cup) melted butter unsalted
80ml (0.37 cup) Oil
1 tbsp (12g) dry yeast
600g (4.8 cups) flour 00
 
Charging
200g (1.2 cups) Melted chocolate
 
Icing sugar
 
METHOD
  1. Pour warm milk, salt, sugar, egg, melted butter, yeast, and then mix everything and gradually add flour. Knead a fine dough and let it stand for 1 hour.
  2. After this time, divide the dough into two parts, roll it out and circle it, leave it to stand for 15 minutes, and then fry it in heated oil.
  3. Fill with melted chocolate.
