Hazelnut cream bombs: an explosion of taste to be prepared in a few steps!

INGREDIENTS

300g hazelnut cream
120ml (½ cup) milk
7g dry yeast
50g sugar
2 eggs
Oil
1 lime zest
260g (2 cups) flour
Sugar for coating
METHOD
- Pour the hazelnut cream into small portions on the parchment paper. Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

Dissolve the dry yeast and sugar in the milk. Add the eggs, oil, lime zest, flour and mix well.

Take portions of the batter with a spoon and fill them with the cold hazelnut cream.

Fry the mixture in boiling oil until golden.

Dip the pancakes in sugar and serve.
