Peach cheesecake: creamy, colorful and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Base:
300 gr dry biscuits
150 gr butter
Cream:
440 gr cream cheese
400 ml whipping cream
500 gr peaches
12 gr gelatine
50 g icing sugar
100 gr sugar
1 lime
Directions:
Base: blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Crush the mixture on the basis of a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cream: soak the gelatin. Then season the peaches with sugar, juice and lime zest. Stir and blend, divide the pulp into two bowls (150gr and 200gr). Then whip the cream and set aside.
Whisk the cream cheese with the icing sugar as well. Then add 150 g of pulp, melted jelly and whipped cream.
Pour the mixture onto the biscuit base. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Then mix the 200 g of pulp with a little water and jelly. Bring on the fire and stir.
Arrange the slices of fish on the cheesecake and pour the jelly. Leave in the fridge for 4 hours.
