Tiramisu cups: a fun twist on one of our favorite dessert!

These Mini Tiramisu Trifles have layers of mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers and espresso. They’re super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
500ml (2 cups) Milk
100g (4/5 cup) Plain flour
50g (1/4 cup) Sugar
2 Egg yolks
10g Vanilla
10g Cream-fix
200g (1 cup) Cream cheese
200g (7oz) Ladyfingers
400ml (1 2/3 cup) Water
5g (1 tbsp) Instant coffee
4g (1 tsp) Sugar

For decoration:
Cocoa
Coffee beans
 
METHOD
  1. For the cream: In a bowl put the egg yolks, sugar and whisk it. Add flour and mix. Pour a little bit of milk and mix. The rest of the milk put in a pot to boil. Add the egg yolks mixture and mix until it becomes thick. Add vanilla and let it cool. Whisk it and add cream-fix. Add cream cheese and whisk until it is creamy.
  2. For the dip: In a bowl add water, instant coffee and sugar. Mix it and dip the ladyfingers
  3. In glasses put the dipped ladyfingers, add a half of cream, ladyfinger again and another half of cream. Sprinkle it with cocoa and decorate with coffee beans.
