Upside down pineapple cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and delicious

Ingredients:
300 gr flour
200 gr sugar
15 gr baking powder
100 ml milk
100 ml vegetable oil
3 eggs
Sliced pineapple

Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, sugar and yeast.
In another bowl mix milk, oil and eggs.
Combine the two compounds and integrate everything.
Butter a 22 cm mold and place the pineapple slices both under and over the dough. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 45-50 minutes.
