Fried stuffed rolls: the recipe to make this tasty meal

Ingredients:
Dough:
200 gr flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
60 ml water
Filling:
400 gr meat
2 onions
Salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp seasoning
1 tbsp tomato
80 ml oil
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt to taste
3 potato
500 ml cold water
Directions:
Dough: mix the flour with salt, egg and water. Make a dough and leave for 30 minutes.
Cook the meat with all the spices and set aside.
Brown the onion in a pan and add tomato paste, salt, water and potato.
Make the rolls and cook into the pan for about 30 minutes.
