It is stuffed with about 200 grams of pickles, so, with each bite, our palate can savor the taste of pickles. But there’s another secret ingredient hiding under a large amount of mozzarella cheese: the oil is not the typical olive oil but a mix of garlic, mustard and lemon juice: the so-called Garlic sauce.
