Bread crowns: a delicious recipe that everyone will love!

Just a few ingredients to make something amazing!

INGREDIENTS

• 450g/3 cups flour

• 5 eggs

• 80g/0.5 cup sugar

• 50ml/1.76oz milk

• 25g olive oil

• 25g liquor of your choice

• 5g soda

• 1 lemon juice

• lemon zest

• vanillin

•pinch of salt

Decorate:

• icing sugar

For frying:

• sunflower oil

METHOD

Beat eggs with sugar. Add olive oil, milk, liquor, lemon juice, vanillin, salt, lemon zest. Mix flour and soda. Add to beaten eggs. Knead the dough. Leave on for 30 minutes. Roll the cake. Cut into strips 7 cm wide. Form caleno gloves.
Deep-fry. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
