Puffy bread: the easy way to prepare it at home

Ingredients:
200 ml hot milk
200 ml hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
10 gr dry yeast
550 gr flour
80 ml oil
 
Directions:
In a bowl pour milk, water and add salt, sugar and yeast. Stir and let stand for 7 minutes.
Then add flour and oil. Form in a homogeneous dough and let it rise until doubled in volume. Then divide it into equal portions, roll them out and cook them in a pan with oil or butter.
