Stuffed bread: a delicious recipe to try right now

Ingredients:
Dough:
150 ml hot milk
100 ml hot water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon yeast
30 ml oil
400 gr flour
Stuffed:
300 gr minced meat
2 onions
1 red pepper
Salt and pepper
Spices to taste
Directions:
Dough: mix water and milk with yeast, sugar and salt. Then add egg, oil and flour. Form a soft dough and let it rise until doubled in volume.
Filling: cut the onion and bell pepper into very small pieces. Combine the meat with salt, pepper and the spices you want.
Divide the dough into three or four parts and stuff them with the meat. Let them rest for 15 minutes and then bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
