San Sebastian cheesecake: the creamy dessert that everyone love

Ingredients:
600 gr cream cheese
200 ml cream for sweets
150 gr sugar
3 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of corn starch
Preparation:
Whisk together cheese, sugar and cream. Then add the eggs, vanilla sugar and cornstarch.
Pour the mixture into an 18 cm mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
