Apple patties: the simple and delicious snack

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
5 gr dry yeast
8 gr sugar
1 egg
220 ml hot water
10 gr butter
50 gr water

2 apples
50 gr sugar
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar and dry yeast. Then add egg, melted butter and water. Form a homogeneous dough and let rise for a couple of hours.
In the meantime, cut the apples and soften them in a pan with the sugar.
Roll out the dough, cut the discs and stuff them with apples. Let them rest for 20 minutes and then cook them in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
