Cabbage triangles: you'll fall in love with this recipe

Ingredients:
1 whole cabbage
3 onions
150 gr minced meat
1 tomato
200 gr risotto
Spices to taste
salt
Parsley
Directions:
Remove the outermost leaves from the cabbage and wrap it in plastic wrap.
Leave it in the fridge for 2 days then remove the leaves.
Boil the rice and mix it with meat, onion, tomato, spices, salt and parsley.
Stuff the cabbage leaves and put them in a large pot and pour water. Cover and cook for 40 minutes.
