Tangerine cheesecake: the creamy and delicious dessert

Ingredients:
Tangerine cream:
500 ml milk
5 tablespoons of corn starch
1 yolk
150 gr sugar
Vanilla essence
zest of tangerines
300 gr cream cheese
500 gr yogurt
Tangerine cream
Shortcrust pastry:
2 spoons of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of baking powder
5 tbsp sugar
200 gr flour
Directions:
Cream: pour the milk into a pan and then add the yolk, starch, sugar, vanilla and tangerine zest. Mix everything and let it thicken on the fire, set aside.
Shortcrust pastry: mix butter and egg, then add baking powder, sugar and flour. Make a dough and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese with yogurt and tangerine cream.
Roll out the pastry into a mold and pour the cream. Cover with tangerine slices and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
