Fried artichokes: the simple and tasty side dish recipe

Ingredients:
6 artichokes cut into slices
150 gr flour
170 gr milk
salt
pepper
2 eggs
50 gr grated cheese
Directions:
Wash the artichokes well in water and lemon.
Cut them into slices and set them aside.
Beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and cheese, then add the flour.
Pass the artichokes in the batter and fry in hot oil.
