Fried sage: crunchy and tasty for a unique side dish!

INGREDIENTS
120g (3/4 cup) of flour
Salt
140ml (1/2 cup) of beer (cold)
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 whipped egg white
Sage leaves
Oil for frying
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the flour, salt, beer, and olive oil and mix all together well. Mix in the whipped egg white with the spatula to combine it all well.
2. Take the sage leaves and cover them with the prepared mixture.
3. Transfer them to the pan with the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown. Serve and enjoy.
