Vegetable Shrimp Fritters: crispy, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of baking powder
2 tbsp rice flour
Handful vegetables of your choice, finely sliced.
(cabbage, carrot, mung bean sprouts, spring onions, etc).
1/2 tsp of each: salt, pepper, turmeric powder, garlic, to taste.
1/2 cup water at first, and add more as needed to make a thick batter.
1 cup or more of shrimps
Directions:
Mix the flour with baking powder and grated vegetables.
Add the spices, salt and water.
Finally add and mix the shrimps. Make the fritters into the oil and enjoy them.
