Milk bread rolls: the recipe to make them very fluffy

Ingredients:
250 ml warm milk
10 gr dry yeast
1 egg
60 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
60 gr melted butter
40 ml oil
Vanillin
550 gr flour
1 yolk + 1 tablespoon of milk
Jam or chocolate for filling
Directions:
Mix the milk with the dry yeast and sugar. Then add salt, melted butter, oil, vanillin and flour. Mix everything until a homogeneous and soft dough is obtained. Then divide it into equal portions and form the sandwiches by stuffing them. Let them rest for 30 minutes and then brush the yolk and milk. Bake at 340°F (175°) for 25 minutes.
