Omelette, rice and veggies: complete meal in one recipe

Ingredients:
1 onion
100 gr carrots
50 gr green onion
100 gr ham
200 gr rice
Salt and pepper
3 eggs
Sauce:
200 gr bbq sauce
100 gr ketchup
50 gr milk
20 gr butter
Directions:
Chop the onion, carrots, green onion and heat in a pan. Add the rice, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs and pour in a pan, turn the batter. Cover the rice.
Mix the sauces with milk and butter and serve.
