Extra fluffy omelette: forget the usual one!

INGREDIENTS
For 2 Omelets:
•4 eggs
• 20g cooking cream
• 2g salt
• 6g sugar
• 2 slices boiled ham
• 4 slices cheese
• butter
METHOD
- Separate the squirrels from the yolks. Beat the yolks with cream. Add salt, sugar to the whites and beat until peaks.
- Combine the beaten yolks with the beaten whites. Fry in hot oil.
- Put the ham and cheese on the omelet. Fold in half.
