A dessert that is quick to make and delicious.
Ingredients:
3 apples
1 tablespoon sugar
10ml lemon juice
3 eggs
200g sugar
300g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 glass of orange juice
Grated orange peel
1/2 cup of milk

Directions:
Dice the apples and mix with sugar and lemon juice.
Then separately beat eggs, sugar, oil, orange juice, orange peel, baking powder, flour and milk. Add the apples and pour the mixture into a buttered pan.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
