Focaccia pizza: the Italian recipe to make it perfect

Try this Italian recipe to make the pizza!
Ingredients:
400 gr flour
1 sachet dehydrated yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
300 ml warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
Oil q.b.
You can choose the ingredients you want to stuff your pizza
Directions:
Mix the flour with baking powder and sugar, then add the water. Finally add the salt and form a uniform dough (place it in a bowl with oil).
After 30 minutes make some folds and put it back to rest. Spend another 30 minutes and fold again. Repeat this step two more times.
Then roll out the dough in the greased baking pan and let it sit for another 30 minutes.
Cover the dough with the sauce and then bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
After another 10 minutes add the other ingredients and bake for another 10 minutes.
