Breakfast skillet: rich of flavor and very easy to make

Ingredients:
1 Bag of mini potato croquettes
4-6 Strips of Bacon
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Green Onions. Chopped
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
4 Eggs
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
 
Directions:
Spread the bacon on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
Bake the potato croquettes (follow the instructions) and then transfer them in a skillet.
Add garlic, onion, salt and pepper,
Finally add eggs, cheddar and bacon. Mix well and enjoy!
