Savory and stuffed bread rolls: the secret to make them fluffy

Ingredients
120 ml hot milk
120 ml hot water
120 ml oil
1 egg
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
400 gr flour
200 gr shredded cheese to fill
Cream:
200 ml plain yogurt
1 yolk
1 teaspoon spreadable cheese
Directions:
Pour the milk, water, egg and oil into a bowl. Add the dry yeast and melt, then add the flour and salt. Form a compact dough and leave for about 2 hours.
Then cut it in equal parts, stuff it and put it in a baking dish. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
Mix the yogurt with egg yolk and cheese. Pour over the sandwiches and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
