Baked sausages with potatoes and mushrooms: quick, tasty recipe

Ingredients:
500g potatoes
50ml extra virgin olive oil
1 clove of minced garlic
300g fresh or frozen (already cooked) fresh mushrooms
500g sausage
pepper
10 cherry tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese
Salt to taste

Directions:
Dice the potatoes and place them in cold water. Let sit for a few minutes and then let it dry.
Pour the oil into a baking pan and add the garlic. Add the potatoes, salt, mushrooms, sausages, cherry tomatoes, cheese and pepper. Bake at 200°C/250°C (400°F/500°F) for an hour.
