Arabic bread with cheese: easy, fast and very good

Ingredients:
700 gr flour
450 ml warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 spoon sour cream

200 gr chives
400 gr ricotta type cheese
100 gr butter or margarine
70 ml oil

Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, water, salt, baking powder and sour cream. Add the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous dough, let rise until doubled. Then form the balls and cover them for 30 minutes.
In another bowl mix chives, cheese and oil.
Roll out each dough, stuff it by brushing the butter and adding the dressing. Cut one side and roll it up, then mash it and cook it in the pan.
