Tiramisù cake: the fluffy and tasty version

Ingredients:
Sponge Cake With Chocolate:
4 eggs
200 gr sugar
1 packet of baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa
200 gr flour
White cream:
1 liter of milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of starch
1 sachet of vanillin
300 gr mascarpone
Coffee
Directions:
Sponge cake: beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the yeast, flour and cocoa. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
Cream: in a saucepan pour the milk and add flour, starch, sugar, vanillin and let it thicken. Finally add the mascarpone.
Make up the cake with coffee and alternate cream. Finally sprinkle with cocoa and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.
