Garlic dinner rolls: the recipe for a fluffy and tasty snacks

Ingredients:
Dough:
500 g all-purpose flour
300 ml warm whole milk
50 g melted butter
7 g dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
Egg wash:
1 whole egg
1 tbsp heavy cream
Garlic butter topping:
40 g melted butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp dried oregano
Directions:
Dough: mix all the dry ingredients and the add milk and butter. Make a dough and rest for 60 minutes. Then make the dinner rolls and rest for 30 minutes. Spread the egg and cream on the dinner rolls and bake at 356°F(180°) for 15-20 minutes.
Make the topping and cover the dinner rolls.
