Orange sponge cake: the easy way to make it perfect

Ingredients:
450 g Oranges (about 2)
3 eggs
85 g Sunflower oil
100 ml Milk
300 g flour 00
300 g Brown sugar
1 sachet Baking powder for cakes

Directions:
Cut the oranges into wedges and then add the oil, milk and eggs. Then add the brown sugar and blend everything. Then add the sifted flour and baking powder. Pour the mixture into a 20/22 cm diameter mold. Bake at 320°F/160° for 60 minutes.
