Crown cake: fluffy and sweet, the perfect brioche for your breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
520g / 4.15 cups flour (all purpose)
1 egg
120g / 0.6 cup sugar
250ml/1 cup milk
7g dry yeast
50g / 0.22 cup soft butter
Hazelnut cream
Almond flakes
Hazelnut
1 egg
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough. Place hazelnut cream in the middle and form cake. Put the cake in the mold and let rise for 1 hour.
- Brush with an egg. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and almond flakes.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
