Almond creamy cake: the dessert to enjoy your time with family

Ingredients:
Sponge cake:
4 eggs
200 gr sugar
1 pack vanilla sugar
240 gr flour
1 packet of baking powder
Flaked almonds
Cream:
600 g whipping cream
1 pack of custard powder
1 tablespoon of butter
Honey
Directions:
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is frothy. Sift and add flour and baking powder, pour the mixture into the mold and cover it with almonds. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Cream: whip the cream and gradually add the powdered cream. Cut the cake and fill with the cream. Melt the butter with the honey and brush on the surface of your cake.
