Homemade bread roll: the recipe to make them amazing

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
300 ml water
4 tablespoons of oil
25 gr brewer's yeast
7 gr salt
Semolina flour for dusting

Directions:
Crumble the yeast into water and oil, then add flour and salt and start kneading. Form a loaf and let it rise for 2 hours. Then roll it out and form small balls, let it rest for 30 minutes.
Pass them in the semolina flour and cook them in the pan, then stuff them to taste.
