Garlic mozzarella swirl bread: easy, soft and very tasty

Ingredients:
250g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
1 tsp of instant dry yeast
1 tsp of sugar
3 tbsp of butter, melted.
125ml (1/2 cup) of warm milk
1 egg, whipped.
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic granules/powder/fresh
125 - 250g (1 - 2 balls) of fresh mozzarella cheese cut into strips.
Pepper, parsley, chili flakes, etc to season on top
Directions:
In a large bowl mix flour, yeast and sugar. Then add butter, milk, egg, salt and garlic granules. Make a dough and leave for 60-90 minutes.
Then spread the dough, make some holes and add mozzarella. Season on top and bake at 400°F (190°) for 20 minutes.
