Ingredients:
170 ml milk
300 gr flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Melt the baking powder in the milk in a bowl, then mix the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour the milk and stir until you have a dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then divide it into several pieces, roll them out and fry them in hot oil. You can then choose to savor them savory or sweet.
