Yakgwa recipe: delicious honey cookies ready in a few steps!

A delicious Korean recipe to try!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
Cookies:
160 g (5.6 oz) sugar;
3 eggs;
330 g (11 oz) flour;
60 g (2 oz) rice flour;
100 g (3.5 oz) dry donut mix;
1 tbsp vegetable oil;
vegetable oil frying.
Syrup:
300 g (10 oz) honey;
1/3 cup water;
2 tbsp brown sugar;
3 slices ginger;
½ tsp cinnamon.
METHOD
- Whisk eggs and sugar together until pale. Add vegetable oil.
- Separately whisk dry ingredients: donut mix, rice flour and regular flour.
- Combine dry and wet mixtures to form the dough. Set aside in fridge for 1 hour, wrapped in plastic.
- Cut the dough into small portions and use cookie press to form the flours out of it.
- Fry yakgva for 5-6 minutes at preheated (140C/285F) vegetable oil.
- Boil ingredients for the syrup and leave the mixture too cool down until warm.
- Pour warm syrup over the cookies and set them aside in fridge for 24 hours.
