Pizza with zucchini and salmon: a rustic dish that everyone will love

Ingredients:
5g yeast
2 teaspoons honey
300ml lukewarm water
2 tablespoons oil
450g sifted flour
2 tablespoons salt

1 zucchini
Smoked salmon to taste
Olive oil
Dried oregano
salt
Mozzarella to taste

Directions:
Dissolve yeast with honey, then add water and oil. Finally add and mix the flour and add the salt. Form a loaf and place in a greased bowl, let rise in the fridge for 24 hours. Then further knead the dough and divide forming loaves, let rise for 20 minutes.
Then cut the zucchini and season with oil, salt and oregano.
Roll out the dough on the baking sheet, season and bake at 250°C (500°F) for 10 minutes and then add the mozzarella. Bake again for 5-8 minutes.
