Pineapple zuccotto: no-bake, mouth-watering dessert

Ingredients:
1 canned pineapple in syrup
1 fruit salad jar
1 package ladyfingers or similar cookies
250ml whipping cream
 
Directions:
Filter both the pineapple and the fruit salad and preserve the juice.
Whip until creamy and cover a bowl with plastic wrap. Arrange the pineapple slices, then fill them with fruit salad, pineapple, cream and cookies (dipped in the juice). Leave in the fridge for 3/4 hours.
