Steak and broccoli stir fry: the tasty and juicy meal

Ingredients:
1 lb Flank steak
1 Tbs Cornstarch
2 Tbs soy sauce
Olive oil
1 onion
2 broccoli heads (4 cups)
 
For the sauce:
1/2 cup beef stock
3 Tbs soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbs chopped ginger
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs Corn starch
 
Directions:
Cut the meat into stripes and mix with soy sauce and corn starch. Brown in a skillet. Set aside and cook onion and broccoli, then make the sauce and cook all together.
