Beef stir fry and piadina: a brilliant idea to surprise your guests!

This recipe for beef stir fry is tender slices of beef sauteed with a variety of colorful vegetables, all coated in a quick and easy homemade teriyaki sauce. Too good to not try!

INGREDIENTS

5 wheat wraps

400g steak, cut into strips

4 tbsp olive oil

3 bell peppers, sliced

1 red onion, chopped

1 carrot

1/2 cup green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

Parsley, chopped

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Sauce:

• 3 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tbsp garlic

• 1 tbsp ginger

• 1 tbsp lime juice

• 1 tbsp sugar

METHOD

Add wrap on a glass and microwave for 1-2 minutes to form the wrap basket

In a small bowl mix all sauce ingredients.

Fry beef steak strips with 2 tablespoons olive oil, season with salt, pepper, set aside.

In the same skillet, drizzle with remaining olive oil, add red onion, carrots, peppers, cook until tender.

Add cooked beef, sauce, chopped chili, green onions and parsley, mix well.

Serve in the baskets.
