Mediterranean burger: the juicy meat and the veggies make it special

Ingredienti:
Sauce:
2 cucumber
Greek yogurt
Olive oil
Mint
Oregano
Salt
 
Burger:
600 gr minced meat
1 bell pepper
Parsley
Salt
Oregano
Oil
 
Grilled veggies
 
Directions:
Chop the cucumber and mix with yogurt, mint, oregano, salt and oil.
In a big bowl mix the minced meat with bell pepper, parsley, salt, oregano and oil. Make the burger and compose with bread.
