Lemon Chicken Scallopini: Simple, Quick And Succulent

Ingredients:
400g chicken breast
1 or 2 lemons
Parsley to taste
All-purpose flour to taste
Capers to taste
Olive oil
salt
 
Directions:
Clean the chicken breast well, cut the slices and flatten them.
Then add the salt and flour them, brown the slices in a pan with the oil. Cut the lemons into slices and place them in a pan with parsley and capers, then add the lemon juice. Cook until creamy and serve.
