Cherry cake without flour: creamy, fluffy and easy to prepare

Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
200 grams of semolina
Grated lemon peel
100 gr Butter
3 eggs
1 sachet of vanillin
200 gr sugar

Cherries in syrup
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions:
In a bowl mix milk, semolina and lemon peel. Bring to the fire and let it thicken. Then remove from heat and add butter, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Separately filter the cherries and then caramelize them in a pan with the sugar.
Pour the mixture into a buttered 28 cm pan and then arrange the cherries. Bake at 370° F (190°) for 45 minutes.
