Chocolate cheesecake: the best dessert to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
Base:
280 gr cocoa biscuits
100 gr melted butter
Cream:
500 gr ricotta
85 g icing sugar
430 grams of hazelnut cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Ganache:
80 ml cream
200 gr hazelnut cream

Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, crush them on the bottom of the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Mix ricotta, icing sugar, hazelnut cream and vanilla extract. Pour on the base and refrigerate.
Ganache: dissolve the hazelnut cream in the cream and pour over the cake, let it cool and serve.
