Bird's milk cake: a creamy and so yummy dessert

Ingredients:
For the batter:
3 eggs
125 g of flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
125 g of sugar
50 g of cocoa
30 g of butter
For the soufflé:
5 egg whites
300 g of icing sugar
10 g of gelatin
100 ml of water
For the icing:
100 g of black chocolate 50%
70 g of butter
30 ml of caramel syrup for wet

30 ml of caramel syrup for wet
Directions:
Cake: in a large bowl mix the dry ingredients and then beat the eggs with sugar. Combine the two batters and add the melted butter. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Beat the whites with icing sugar and melted gelatin (melt into water).
Pour on the base and refrigerate for 3 hours. Then melt the chocolate with butter and pour on the cake. Let it cool and enjoy!
